Unit 3: Investigation 1
Flow of Heat Energy
Standard 3: Heat moves in a predictable flow from warmer objects to cooler objects until all the objects are at the same temperature.
Goals: By the end of this investigation students will be able to explain how heat energy is carried from one place to another, how insulating materials impede heat energy from being transferred, and how the movement of heat can be tracked.
